Second edition the Leadership School

2nd edition the Leadership School

150 people from all over Poland participated in the second edition of the Leadership School, which was held in 2016. The meetings were organized into modules on leadership, politics, and economy.

Lectures in 2016 were conducted by: Jarosław Gowin, Andrew Michta, Charles Crawford, Jacek Kędzior, Joanna Malinowska-Parzydło, Tomasz Siemoniak, Beata Stelmach, Wojciech Szczurek, Wojciech Szewko, Olaf Osica, Michel Viatteau, Radosław Pyffel, Paweł Kowal, Jacek Bartosiak, Robert Kozak, Krzysztof Pawłowski, Wojciech Morawski, Zbigniew Jagiełło.

The sessions covered topics such as leadership in the 21st century, communication and dealing with partners from Asia, leadership in crisis, and time management. In the Economy module, topics included global business and international negotiations, creation and implementation of a state’s energy security strategy. In the Politics module, sessions covered national security, conflict and hybrid warfare, foreign policy, Poland’s strategy in geopolitical situations, the Silk Road 2.0, and the new global order.

  • The distinguishing factor of the Leadership School from other similar initiatives is the fact that participants can draw from the knowledge and experience of the most outstanding individuals, including deputy prime ministers, ministers, bank directors, and international experts. During the training, I met many wonderful people and incredibly expanded my networking. Upon completing the course, the active Alumni Club enables continuous development through joint initiatives within the Freedom Institute.
