Who are we looking for?

The Leadership School of the Freedom Institute is a program addressed to young leaders, people aged 25 to 40 who, apart from their professional work and daily duties, do something else – they work in non-governmental organizations, foundations and associations, engage in public life at the central level, work for the benefit of their local communities, they develop a scientific career or their passions.

We invite active students, entrepreneurs, corporate and small business employees, executives and managers, the owner of companies and startups, as well as government and local government administration employees, experts, trainers and teachers and people from various industries (trade, marketing, culture or media).

The Leadership School is a program in which participants represent various industries, views and values, but want to work for a strong and democratic Poland.

A total of 100 people selected during two-stage recruitment will take part in the 6th edition of the Leadership School

Description of the recruitment process

1st stage of recruitment

Candidates complete the recruitment form on the website www.szkolaprzywodztwa.pl/rekrutacja

The people selected on the basis of the submitted form go to the second stage.

 

2nd stage of recruitment

Candidates who pass to the 2nd stage will be asked to send a film with self-presentation (max. 3-5 min) or create a self-presentation in PowerPoint / PDF format (max. 10 slides).

After evaluating the submitted works, the Recruitment Committee (composed of representatives of the board of the Freedom Institute, employees and alumni of SPIW) will select the best candidates who will take part in the 6th edition of the School of Leadership.

Timetable

Classes are held on Saturdays from 10.30am to 6.30pm and on Sunday from 9.30am to 2.30pm in Warsaw.

A detailed schedule with a list of lecturers and the subject of the classes is sent to qualified participants by e-mail before each convention.

The organizer reserves the right to change the dates in the event of deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the country or the occurrence of other random events that make it impossible to conduct classes under the program.
